Thanks to our training partner Bondi Fit we have organised some FREE Bondi Splash n' Dash specific training sessions to help you in your preparation for the big day.
These sessions will be taken by one of Australia's best surf swimmers Spot Anderson and Bondi Lifeguard Andrew "Reidy" Reid. They are open to rookies and seasoned competitors with the main aim to encourage and give athletes the skills and confidence to tackle the Bondi Splash n' Dash head on.

Soft sand running sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday morning starting on the 6th of September and going through till the 10th of November. YOU MUST SIGN UP below before taking part in these sessions. We will meet outside North Bondi SLSC at 5:55am for a 6am start. Sessions will last about an hour.
OCEAN SWIM SESSIONS
Four ocean swimming sessions will be held at Bondi Beach in the lead up to race day. YOU MUST HAVE SIGNED UP BELOW BEFORE YOU ATTEND THE SESSIONS.
September 17th - Meet outside North Bondi SLSC 8:55am sharp
October 1st - Meet outside North Bondi SLSC 8:55am sharp
November 5th - Meet outside North Bondi SLSC 8:55am sharp
November 12th - Meet outside North Bondi SLSC 8:55am sharp
*As the Bondi Splash n' Dash is 1000 meters in the ocean you must be able to swim 1000 meters "non stop freestyle" in the swimming pool before attending the ocean swim sessions.
